Napomena: Ovaj tekst će se odnositi na SMF forume ali svakako može poslužiti svima.
1) Organizacija foruma
- Ograniziranje sekcija i kategorija foruma je jako bitan proces, također i redosljed. Odvojite malo vremena i napravite strukturu sekcija pa zatim kategorija na forumu. Stavite se u poziciju posjetitelja, zapitajte se što on očekuje gdje se što treba nalaziti. Evo nekih stvari koje je pametno napraviti:
1) Otvoriti kategoriju pri samom vrhu pod nazivom "Novi korisnici" a unutra teme "Predstavite se", "Kud sad?" - u toj temi upoznajte korisnika sa forumom i ukratko mu objasnite što se sve nalazi na forumu i odvucite mu pozornost na neke "vruće" teme a te temi su one koje su najposjećenije i u kojima ljudi najviše pišu (to naravno nakon nekog vremena postojanja foruma)
2) Otvoriti sekciju "Zabava", pri vrhu, to je tema u kojoj se ljudi upoznaju, gdje najlakše kreću u komunikaciju. Unutar sekcije zabava napravite kategorije poput "Igraona", "Vicevi", "Smiješne slike"...
3) Ispunite ostale sekcije po želji ali ih prilagodite temi foruma!
4) Pri dnu foruma ubacite kategoriju "Off topic" jer ona bi također mogla biti jako aktivna. Zašto onda pri dnu ako bi mogla biti jako aktivna? Pa zato što će onda korisnik morati "odskrolati" preko cijelog foruma ne bi li došao do tih tema a putem moža uoči koju zanimljivu temu, zastane i pročita/napiše nešto i u nju.
5) Nemojte na početku otvarati previše kategorija jer će forum izgledati prazno, lako ćete kasnije dodati kategorije.
